Terms of Service
Thank you for visiting Dropper! We ask that you read our terms of service before continuing to use our website and services.
Introduction
Thank you for visiting Dropper! We are glad you are here! We ask that you now read the terms of use of our service - before using our service. This way, we are both aware of the terms set forth by us. We have tried to make the terms as easy to understand as possible, so that misunderstandings do not arise. If you have questions about our terms, you can always contact us.
1. General
These terms define and regulate the relationship between you ("user") and Dropper AS ("us" / "the company" / "our" / "Dropper"). By creating an account on our service Dropper or other services affiliated with our company, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted our applicable terms. Dropper is a software-based service that offers a simple - and advanced - way to manage orders, arrange shipping for orders, and track packages that leads to a good overview for those who sell on their online stores. Dropper is intended for business customers. To use our services and platform, we require that all users are 16 years or older, have a valid Norwegian personal number, and otherwise have the right to represent the companies they register for.
2. This Agreement
2.1 Effect
When you accept these terms and this agreement, it will be considered a legally binding agreement between you, the company you represent, and Dropper valid from the date you accepted the terms.
2.2 Changes
Dropper reserves the right to at any time, without notice, change its websites, services, prices, and terms. Dropper will update you as a customer about changes. Upon update, you as a customer are obligated to review the updates.
3. Your Obligations
As a customer, you are obligated to always keep your account and store your username/password in a secure manner. In case of any unauthorized access, it will always be considered your responsibility as a customer, and you will be held responsible for all costs associated with such cases. Dropper will always do its utmost to ensure that unauthorized persons do not gain access to your account. Dropper can and will, in case of suspicious login attempts, give the suspected unauthorized person several challenges to be more certain that the person trying to log into your account is the actual account owner.
4. Our Obligations
At Dropper, we are committed to doing our best to deliver a stable and reliable service. We work continuously to improve the platform and ensure that you as a customer get the best possible experience. We are also committed to keeping your data safe and following applicable privacy laws. For more information about how we handle data, see our privacy policy.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on our websites are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. Invoice for subscription is sent out monthly or annually depending on the selected payment plan. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to limit or terminate access to the service until outstanding amounts are paid.
6. Termination
You can cancel your subscription with Dropper at any time. Upon cancellation, you will have access to the service until the end of the current billing period. Dropper reserves the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect if you violate these terms or otherwise misuse the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Dropper is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from use of the service, including loss of data, profit, or other indirect losses. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or available at all times. However, we work continuously to ensure high uptime and stability.
